Beasley Cage Equipment Checkout PoliciesCheck-Out - Check-In
Each insured student will be allowed to rent only the equipment authorized for their class. You are responsible for assuring that all ! equipment is present and in working order upon checkout, as
You will be responsible for all missing and broken items when equipment is returned. You may check out items for TWO days; renewals are not guaranteed.
The check-out / check-in schedule is as follows:
Monday - Wednesday
Tuesday - Thursday
Wednesday - Friday
Thursday - Friday or Monday
Friday - Monday
It is your responsibility to return your equipment during posted hours on the weekday it is due. Failure to return equipment in time will result in a hold on your account as follows:
Days Late - Account Hold Duration
One - One Week
Two - Two Weeks
Three - Three Weeks
Four - Account Suspended (Contact your professor.)
Insurance & Liability
The Department of Communication requires that students sign a liability agreement, as well as purchase insurance to cover loss, theft ! and/or damage to equipment. A minimum $3,000 policy is required, and can be purchased from www.collegestudentinsurance.com. Policies are good for one year from time of purchase.
